"Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new." Brian Tracy
Learning to walk requires imbalance, followed by “catching ourselves” by placing the opposite foot out to prevent ourselves from falling. Then, repeating the process.
The first time we tried this complex physical feat, we failed. We failed on the second try as well. Thankfully we didn't give up. If we had, we'd still be crawling.
Virtually all personal growth requires that we seek to improve our skills and put it into muscle memory. This always includes a dose of failure. This so-called failure is uncomfortable enough to stunt not only our personal growth, but to shun opportunity and to live it to the full.
Make a list of your greatest failures. How did they later come to serve you? Dig deep. You benefited greatly.
