Monday Morning Motivation Masthead

Much of what we get out of life come from our desires and expectations.

If practice has become burdensome, you may want to take a few moments to take your motivational temperature.

What's driving you?

To survive – The most self-centered of the motives. It rarely brings out our best.

To fulfill obligations – Paying the bills and supporting our lifestyle seldom produce excellence.

To win over a skeptic – Which makes it about us and things we can't control.

To keep what we have – We can't win by playing defense. Playing it safe may be the riskiest strategy.

To be the hero – Taking credit for saving patients from medicine (or themselves) can risk wrist damage when patting oneself on the back.

To satisfy our curiosity – Find out what can happen when nervous system interference is reduced.

To inspire possibilities – Help others live life to the full, becoming the fullest expression of themselves.
