Monday Morning Motivation | Two Lists
Posted by Bill Esteb on Jan 24th 2026
You’ve probably amassed a sizeable collection of seminar notes that still contain countless unactioned ideas. Are they merely languishing on the shelf or in a drawer?
Which is much like registering but not attending.
It’s never too late to...
Collect all your seminar notes.
Reread them.
Transfer ideas that are still relevant to a new document.
Prioritize them.
Identify those you can delegate.
Commit to implementing at least one of them this week.
After you’ve actioned the most promising ideas create another list: the “We Used to Do” list.
List the things you used to do that worked so well—you stopped doing them.
Practically every practice has a list of things that got derailed by a move, staffing change, or COVID. Enroll your support team and revive at least one of these proven strategies at your next team meeting.
Don’t wait. Be in action. The magic is in execution.
