Monday Morning Motivation Masthead

On our deathbeds, we’re far more likely to regret things we didn’t do rather than what we did.

Our tendency to pull back and choose the “safe” path (to obscurity) is even more tragic because our death is 100% certain. The only unknowns are the day, time, and circumstances.

That’s why remarkable health isn’t the ultimate goal, since even the healthiest of us will pass.

Instead, health is a resource, an opportunity. What will you do with yours? What will patients do with theirs?

Virtually every historical figure whose name we remember used theirs to make a ruckus. Or, as Steve Jobs said, to “put a dent in the universe.”

How do you achieve that? Through continuous, relentless, and persistent... pressure.

Over time, cultures change and what was once considered outlandish becomes self-evident.

So, press on. Persevere.

Even when millions believe in a bad idea, it’s still a bad idea.
