Monday Morning Motivation | State Management

If your limbic system has been hijacked by current circumstances, consider this a plea to return to your happy place.

Being mindful of our state, and controlling it, is a critical skill these days. Especially if we're going to be of value to others. Our desire for self-preservation produces an array of autonomic and endocrine changes, crippling our higher brain functions.

Here are some action steps that can get you back on track.

Review Y2K – Remember all the hype about the world coming to an end? That was the last time any of us knew how many rolls of toilet paper we owned.

Listen to Sig – Need some grounding in chiropractic philosophy? I know of no better or convenient resource than to listen to classic monologues and coaching calls from the late Dr. James Sigafoose.

Learn EFT – Virtually every healer would benefit by knowing, using and sharing Emotional Freedom Technique.
