After creating trust, produce hope. Simply put, no hope—no healing.
Producing hope should be easy since many patients seek chiropractic care after the hopelessness from the failure of traditional methods.
Yet, most patients are understandably wary. There isn't anything quite as demoralizing as having one's hope dashed.
How do you produce hope without offering a guarantee or the promise of a cure?
"You're in the right place. We've helped many people with similar challenges."
"While we don't treat XYZ, many people who experience XYZ have found relief with chiropractic care."
"We've seen many cases like yours resolve as interference to the nervous system along the spine is reduced."
"We've helped countless patients avoid surgery and get back to enjoying life again."
"As we reduce interference to your nervous system, your body will no longer have the need to express the symptoms of XYZ."
"You should be optimistic. I am."
