"Okay, so maybe I have been phoning it in. How do I get inspired?"

To be inspired (inside out) as opposed to motivated (outside in), identify and jettison any of these:

Purpose – Are you pursuing someone else's vision? Has someone got into your head and told you what "good" chiropractors should do and be? Find your own North Star.

Tolerations – What are you putting up with? What needs attention, but you've chosen to accommodate instead? Tolerations are a major buzz kill of inspiration.

Compromises – What are you doing that you told yourself you'd never do? How have you gone along to get along? Selling out is painful, especially if its price is your peace.

Victimhood – Whether you feel trapped in an unfair contract or find yourself at the mercy of an insurance carrier, suffering is a decision. Have the difficult conversation you've been avoiding.

It's time to start dreaming again!
