Monday Morning Motivation | Execution

Monday Morning Motivation Masthead

A quality that distinguishes average chiropractors from those who are making a ruckus is their ability to get things done. In other words: execution.

Many attend seminars and return home with countless notes and ideas. In fact, that often defines what it means to have attended a “good” seminar.

Far too many of those notes end up on a stack with previous seminar notes. If one or two ideas get implemented it’s considered a resounding success.

But not chiropractors who are up to something!

It may take a week or two but they actually implement the ideas they’ve captured.

Permitting those ideas to languish, unapplied, is like paying for the seminar but not attending.

This week create a clearing and review all your seminar notes. Transfer the ideas that are still relevant onto a separate document. Prioritize those with the greatest potential. Delegate those that you can.

Be in action.
