Monday Morning Motivation | Shortening Visit Time

What surprises many chiropractors who want to grow their practice is that they don't have the capacity to help more people.

"What do you mean? I have all kinds of openings in my schedule."

Yes, but rarely at the times patients are available to see you.

A busier practice often hinges on how many people you can help between 5:00 – 6:00 PM, dictated by much time you spend with each patient.

Ask any chiropractor how long they spend with each patient and they'll easily tell you how many minutes. Yet, it's often incorrect. To get more accurate data, ask your team time to record adjusting times throughout the day, recording when each patient enters the practice and the time they leave. To get an accurate sampling, make sure you're unaware when this data is being collected.

Only when you shorten those times can the promise of a larger practice manifest.
