The Patient Report Folder for the Subluxation Station

claopen-original.jpg

It took months working beside Drs. Gentempo and Kent to get the philosophy, words, images and implementation of this report of findings scan pocket folder just right. That was back in 2002. It remains one of our most popular report of findings tools.

Refreshed in 2014, it presents the results of your Subluxation Station technology with even greater certainty, sophistication and clarity. It's a "magazette" patient report folder created specifically for CLA doctors.

Myovision user? How to get your color scheme to match.

With your scans presented in this coordinating folder, patients have greater respect for your technology and what it means:

  • Introduces the supremacy of the nervous system
  • Validates the precision of your technology
  • Provides a "color key" to interpret their scans
  • Printed samples of typical sEMG and rolling thermal scans
  • Updated back panel encourages participation

Can your patients convince the decision maker at home? This folder, along with the printouts supplied by CLA present a compelling case for chiropractic care.

Professionally Present Your Scans and Report Documents

Explain what your technology measures. Show what the colors mean and how you expect them to change on subsequent re-examinations. Point out the devastating consequences of vertebral subluxation. Place the reports generated by the technologies you use behind the center flap. Use the die-cuts on the center flap to insert patient-relevant brochures and your business card to facilitate referrals. On the back cover, review the 16 ways they can enhance the healing process.

Increase the value of your scans and the impact of your other report documents by presenting them professionally. Organized. With certainty. It's a contradiction-free way to communicate the nervous system focus of chiropractic. It impresses patients and reassures spouses.

Your Nervous System Scan Results

ACCURATE AND OBJECTIVE

(Inside cover)

We experience the world through our nervous system. A beautiful sunset. The sound of a baby's giggle. Producing the exact amount of stomach acid to digest dinner. Running to catch a bus. Savoring the aroma of freshly-baked bread. These are the many expressions of your nervous system.

If your nervous system doesn't work right, you don't work right. And when you don't work right, you're not healthy!

THE FOCUS OF TODAY'S CHIROPRACTIC.

Your nervous system is so vital that key parts are protected by bone. The skull protects your brain. Your spinal cord, the information "superhighway" of your nervous system, is covered by 24 moving bones of your spine.

Like a circuit breaker, physical, emotional or chemical stresses can cause spinal bones to lose their normal motion or position. This upsets nearby nerves. These nervous system disturbances are called vertebral subluxations.

Like the early stages of tooth decay, heart disease or cancer, vertebral subluxations can adversely affect your health. Even if you don't have obvious symptoms.

HIGH-TECH DIAGNOSTIC TESTING.

We use sophisticated equipment to locate vertebral subluxation.

The same part of your nervous system that controls your heart, lungs, stomach and other organs, regulates your skin (your largest organ). By measuring skin temperatures along your spine we can find nervous system disturbances that may affect other vital organs.

Our instrument detects differences as small as a tenth of a degree!

Another way to locate vertebral subluxation patterns is by measuring muscle tone. Vertebral subluxation causes supporting muscles of the spine to exhibit unusual electrical activity. Our equipment locates these areas by detecting changes as small as a millionth of a volt!

We have used this equipment to assess your nervous system. Your results are included here.

SCIENTIFICALLY ACCURATE AND OBJECTIVE.

Our care recommendations are based on your scans and other examination findings. They will serve as objective guidelines by which to monitor your progress and appropriately modify your care.

For some, progress comes quickly. For others, the healing process takes longer. Regardless of the speed of your recovery, your health is our number one concern.

Vertebral subluxations:

Are often caused by the birth process.

Cause your brain to lose touch with your body.

Are often the underlying causes of other health problems.

Reduce your vitality, energy and endurance.

Are often more difficult to correct if neglected.

Can be present without obvious symptoms.

Influence your blood pressure and circulatory system.

Can affect every organ, tissue and system of your body.

Compromise your ability to adapt to your environment.

Produce degenerative changes throughout your body.

Are the primary focus of your chiropractic care.

WHAT YOUR SCANS MEAN

NORMATIVE DATA

A set of ideal EMG readings has been established for healthy people. This pattern of symmetrical white indicators shows a correctly working nervous system. This is our goal for you.

STATIC EMG SAMPLE

A typical first visit scan. The presence and severity of abnormal muscle activity is indicated by size and color. (Yellow or shortened white indicators reveal muscle weakness or excess tissue thickness.)

ASYMMETRY EXAMPLE

Muscle balance is shown by this scan. Colored spikes show areas of abnormal tension. These areas can cause fatigue and scoliosis. Long-term neglect may lead to spinal decay.

THERMAL SAMPLE

This scan reveals skin temperature deviations. These findings can indicate impairment to nervous system control and regulation of your heart, lungs, stomach and other organs.
