The Debrief used to be conducted in person at a Denver hotel.
These days we meet electronically via Zoom. All you need is to reserve the Saturday we meet up and have a camera equipped computer and a reliable Internet connection. Our Digital Debrief will begin promptly at 8:00 AM Mountain.
After introducing ourselves we'll walk through the mindfulness exercises. As you share your experiences and others express their curiosity by asking questions about your take-away from each project, be prepared for an "ah-ha!" or two.
Practicing the Socratic Method
The Conversation isn't about taking notes (although you'll probably take some), it's about being present, listening (not merely hearing) and languaging. It's coming to grips with what you already know. It's not about parroting some new script, it's about asking better questions. It's not about doing, it's about being. Something that is rarely discussed sitting in a hotel ballroom at a rah-rah "motivational" seminar.
You'll either be exhausted or exhilarated Saturday evening. Probably both. You'll wake up Sunday processing the insights and preparing to show up in your practice on Monday morning with a totally fresh perspective.
Then, after two weeks of applying your insights we'll meet up again. This time for an hour or so. Just long enough to troubleshoot and resolve challenges that can occur as we try to make change in our lives.
It's this check-in two weeks later that you'll find especially helpful.
The Conversation is held several times each year. Space is limited to seven chiropractors and secured on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reserve your seat now with a deposit or full payment by calling Patient Media at (800) 486-2337.
