"All you need is to know what you want, and to want it badly enough so that it will stay in your thoughts." Wallace D. Wattles
A short attention span is a common cause of stuckness and unfinished projects. There are so many shiny objects competing for our attention--many provide the instant gratification that keeps us addicted.
Here's an experiment to try this week. Pick a project and describe it and its benefits onto seven 3 X 5 index cards. Or 3M post-it notes. Position them in seven different places so you encounter them throughout the day. Perhaps on the bathroom mirror, kitchen refrigerator, car dashboard, etc.
By doing so you'll keep your mind focused on the project. Your subconscious will provide insight and direction.
This is Brain Training 101. It's how thoughts become things. It's how we manifest what we want, rather than subordinating our power to others.
