There's a common misconception among chiropractors who would like to help more people--but aren't. And that's the deception that the success they hope to enjoy is dependent upon what they say or do.

Which is one reason the success they covet continues to elude them.

Make no mistake. Busy chiropractors say and do things. But that's not what produces the markings of success that seem so desirable.

What makes them successful is invisible. You can shadow a "successful" chiropractor from the moment they awake in the morning to the moment they go to sleep and their secret to success remains hidden. You can replicate every step, every word and every free moment and still not uncover the "thing" that makes them so beloved and influential.

Because it's their underlying operating system, consisting of their beliefs, values and generosity. Or, as Larry Markson observes, "It's the who, not the do."
